Our custom modular homes are highly engineered and constructed in sections in a climate controlled state of the art production facility. Depending upon the level of selected finishes and options; as much as 85% of the work may be completed in the factory. While under construction in the factory the modular components undergo stringent quality control inspections at each and every stage of the process and receive code compliance inspections and certification prior to leaving the factory.
The modular sections are then transported to your home site where they are set onto the foundation prepared by us, assembled and closed in by a highly skilled factory-trained set crew. As a consequence the negative impact of adverse weather on building materials and the construction schedule is but a fraction of what is typically expected and experienced in conventional construction.
Following delivery and assembly of the components on the foundation, Segalla's Turnkey Housing crew then completes all interior and exterior details, utility installations and hook ups, additions such as garages, patios and porches, and installes finally the driveways, walkways and landscaping as specified by you.
All of this is done in a considerably shorter time frame than that of ordinary “stick built” homes.
