Segalla's Turnkey Housing crew working in New Hartford CT and other parts of CT, MA and NY does all of the necessary site prep work and then installs and readies the foundation and drainage system. While your home is being build at the factory, we bring in all utilities such as power, cable, communications, gas, municipal water and sewer hook ups, or install well and septic systems if needed.
The standard home components are usually completed in the factory within two to three weeks, and are then scheduled for delivery to the construction site once the site prep has been completed.
The initial “set” of the home takes usually one to two days, maybe three days if it is an exceedlngly large home. The completion of the home begins right after and depending upon size, complexity and the level of finishes and additions selected by the buyer, the home will be normally ready for occupancy within 60 to 120 days.
Once all work has been competed we will close all permits out and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the local building department. We service all of NY, CT and MA.
